Qurious Luxe Shipping Policy

At Qurious Luxe, we work hard to get your order to you quickly, safely, and at a fair cost. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery for all orders.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a your tracking number once your order ships.

During peak seasons (holidays, major sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

We currently only ship across Canada and the U.S.

Domestic (Canada): Flat rate shipping from $6.99 or free shipping on orders over $100.00 (optional – you can choose your threshold).

U.S. Orders: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country.

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada: 3–9 business days after shipping

U.S.: 5–10 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Qurious Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order shows as “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first, then contact us at quriousluxe@gmail.com for assistance.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation but will do our best to help resolve the issue.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you with a replacement or refund (see our Return Policy).
